On December 3, 1929, appellants Walter E. Crimp, Alfred A. Crimp and Bessie Crimp Harvey filed a claim in the probate court of Cook county against the estate of Eugenia Crimp Bridge, deceased, for money collected by the deceased as trustee for appellants under an agreement dated December 29, 1893, made by the testatrix in her own right and as executrix of the estate of William.
