MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on the “Objections of Chapter 7 Trustee to Debtors’ Claimed Exemptions in Certain Insurance Policies and Request for Related Relief’ (the “Objections”).

Background.

Debtors filed their voluntary petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on April 2, 2007. Along with their petition, they filed, inter alia, their Schedules B and C, i.e., “Personal Property” and “Property Claimed as Exempt,” respectively.
