Cristobal Antonio Pineda-Pineda and Maria Elena Pineda filed their chapter 131 case on September 20, 2013 (“Petition Date”). The Pinedas filed their Initial Chapter 13 Plan (“Proposed Plan”) on October 7, 2013.
