It is undisputed that injuries were sustained by plaintiff while she was a passenger, on the afternoon of January 10, 1932, in a Ford sedan operated by the inter-*287pleaded defendant, Norman Leonhard. While he was driving westward on the north half of highway No. 10, his automobile collided with a Dodge sedan, which, while being driven eastward by Carl Wettengel, skidded somewhat onto the north half of that highway.
