The plaintiffs, Odis Tucker, Vonnie Tucker, Blake Tucker and Lauren Tucker, brought this action pursuant to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq., against the State of Tennessee, Hardin County, Tennessee 1 and the City of Savannah Police Department. 2 Plaintiffs allege that each of them is a qualified individual with a disability and that the defendants discriminated against them and denied their right to accommodation under the ADA during an incident…
