The defendant, Ildyko Elofsson, appeals from an order entered in a forcible entry and detainer action declaring a forfeiture in her lease and ordering her to surrender possession to the plaintiffs.

On July 29, 1987, the named plaintiff, “2450 Lake View Trust,” initiated a forcible entry and detainer action against the defendant for possession of her apartment, which is located in a cooperative building at 2450 North Lake View in Chicago.
