This case involves consolidated cross appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis following a jury trial in a criminal case. Jerry McCau-ley (“McCauley”) appeals the trial court’s judgment convicting him of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and resisting a lawful detention, arguing there was insufficient evidence of knowledge and intent to support the jury’s verdicts.
