OPINION OF THE COURT

GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court denying defendants’ motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial, after a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff on its claim for money damages under § 4 of the Clayton Act1 for alleged violations of § 1 of the Sherman Act.2
