Farber (Farber), brought this product liability action against defendantsappellees Lok-N-Logs, Inc.; Monsanto Company; Vulcan Materials Company; Wood Treating Chemicals Company; Webb & Sons, Inc.; and John Doe — “Real Name Unknown” (collectively appellees).
