El Paso Natural Gas Company (El Paso Gas) is a natural gas company within the meaning of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 717 et seq. It gathers, transports and sells natural gas in interstate commerce to the petitioners, Nevada Natural Gas Company (Nevada Gas), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (P. G. & E.), Southern California Gas Company (Southern California Gas) and Southern Counties Gas Company of California (Southern Counties Gas).
