The Superior Court, by its final decree, permanently enjoined the defendants, officers and members of International Journeymen Barbers Union of America, Local 284, from picketing the plaintiff’s shop in Fitchburg and interfering with his business. The defendants appeal.
The trial judge found these facts: The plaintiff' owns and operates a barber shop. He has no employees and performs all the necessary labor himself.
