1Opinion of the Court

OLSZEWSKI, Judge:

Shane Eddowes appeals from the judgment of sentence for first-degree murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy, and possession of an instrument of crime. He challenges the weight and sufficiency of the evidence, alleges prosecutorial misconduct, and asserts that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of prior bad acts. We find no error in the prosecutor’s comments or in the admission of evidence of prior bad acts. We further find the evidence sufficient with regard to all counts except possession of an instrument of crime.
