Defendant, Vernest Jones, appeals the trial court's order granting the People's motion for reconsideration and vacating its earlier order in which the court granted his postcon-viction motion and found that he was not a sex offender for treatment and parole purposes. We affirm.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to possession of heroin in exchange for the dismissal of other charges against him and a stipulated four-year sentence to community corrections. The trial court sentenced defendant according to the agreement.
