This is an appeal from an order committing a delinquent minor to the juvenile division of the Department of Corrections following a finding that he had committed three batteries. His sole contention on appeal is that his commitment to the Department of Corrections is unlawful because he will not receive proper treatment for a drug abuse problem while incarcerated.
