Harry Cragin Lumber Company recovered a judgment for $4,920.18 against Cherokee Public Service Company, a corporation, before a jury in the lower' court, on an oral contract for the purchase of an oil derrick. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court, or as the lumber company and the service company.
