These cases involve the action of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, upon separate hearings and the entry of separate orders therein, on April 26, 1946, by which licenses to sell nonintoxicating beer at the respective places of business owned by defendants in the City of Mount Hope, Fayette County, West Virginia, were revoked.
