The son of plaintiff lost his life in going to the rescue of an imperiled fellow-being. He bravely descended into danger and found awaiting him the death from which he would have saved another. The endangered boy came back from his peril and lived, and we must now determine whether the mother of the deceased can be pecuniarily compensated for the Joss she has sustained, or must be content with the consolation that her son died a heroic death.
