Pratt initiated this state and federal law-based employment discrimination action on December 19, 2017, seeking monetary damages and equitable relief against his former employer, Defendant State of Hawai'i, Department of Public Safety ("DPS" or "Department").See Compl., Dkt. No. 1. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS IN PART the Department's Motion to Dismiss. MTD, Dkt. No. 9.
