On the thirteenth day of June, 1877, an order of sale, returnable on the first dap of the next term of cov/rt, was issued out of the clerk’s office of the district court of Cuming county, requiring the sheriff of said county to appraise, advertise, and sell according to law, certain real estate therein described, to satisfy a judgment recovered in said court against said defendants.
