MEMORANDUM OPINION

SHARP, District Judge.

This action was brought by the plaintiff, Farnetta 0. Webb, on June 14, 1973 for a review of the final decision of the defendant, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 United States Code Annotated, Section 405(g).

The plaintiff filed an application for disability benefits on June 29, 1971, wherein she claimed that she was unable to work, commencing April 5, 1971, at age 43, because of nerves and high blood pressure. Her application was initially denied on September 2, 1971. Her request for…
