Presently before the Court are cross-motions of the parties for summary judgment on an appeal, pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, Title 42 U.S.C, § 405(g), of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying the claimant disability benefits.
