This is an action of contract wherein the plaintiff, a real estate broker, seeks to recover an alleged specified commission of $200 for the sale of real estate belonging to the defendant White, who will herein be referred to as the defendant. The case is before this court on the defendant’s appeal from the decision, “Report Dismissed,” of the Appellate Division of the Northern District.
