I.INTRODUCTION

Before the court is a motion for summary judgment, filed by Defendant Douglas Chambers, individually and in his capacity as president of J.F. Ingram State Technical College (“Ingram”) and by Defendant James Wilson, individually and in his capacity as Ingram’s dean of students. The motion is accompanied by a memorandum of law and evidence.
