I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment. As set forth below, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion.

(“BMI”) is a performing rights society, which has been granted the right to license the public performances rights on behalf of the copyright owners for certain copyrighted musical compositions.
