Larry Hashman appeals his convictions for first degree assault, section 565.050, 1 and armed criminal action, section 571.015, and his concurrent sentences of twenty-five years and twenty years imprisonment. Mr. Hashman presents two points on appeal. First, he argues that the trial court erred in not instructing the jury on defense of premises as he requested.
