COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

Ribelino Avendano, a native and citizen of El Salvador, petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals. After an immigration judge ordered Avendano removed to El Salvador, the Board on administrative appeal concluded that Avendano was ineligible for cancellation of removal because he had *733been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude. The Board also rejected his request to remand the case for the immigration judge to consider claims for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture.
