I. INTRODUCTION

Eduardo Carpaneda (“Carpaneda”), the plaintiff in this matter, moves for an award of attorneys’ fees pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 149, section 150 and Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151, section 20. PL’s Pet. Att’y’s Fees & Costs (“PL’s Pet.”), ECF No. 55.
