In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Baisley, J.), dated October 14, 1986, which (1) denied their motion to disqualify the plaintiff’s counsel, and (2) granted the plaintiff’s cross motion to strike the defendants’ answer.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
