Borden, suing in behalf of themselves and other stockholders of First National Investors’ Corporation of Virginia, against R. W. Shoaf, C. J. Shoaf, D. C. Brown, G. V. Yonce. R. E. Paine, W. J. McCorkindale, R. J. Meybin, M. L. Harrison and H. C. Neren, directors of said corporation, seeking to recover losses alleged to have been occasioned by the negligence of said directors in the administration of its affairs.
