Defendant in this case is charged with conspiracy to import, importation, and aiding and abetting the importation into the United States of over one kilogram of a substance containing heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 960(a)(1), 960(b)(1)(A), 963 and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
