MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MAZZONE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the defendants’ motions to dismiss. By his amended complaint, 1 the plaintiff, Robert Lewis, has brought this action against the Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity (the Unification Church) and the Reverend Sun Myung Moon alleging that the Church, as the agent of Reverend Moon, has breached its contract with him and has committed the torts of brainwashing and indoctrination.
