Illinois Supreme Court
1Opinion of the CourtJustice Davis
The defendant, Darrell Lucas, was found guilty of attempted burglary by a jury in the circuit court of Peoria County, and was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of not less than 10 nor more than 12 years.
