hThinutta “June” Anupat appeals the award of general damages for a car collision following a final judgment from a jury verdict. Plaintiff contends that the $3,000 awarded for general damages was abusively low given the nature and extent of her injuries. Defendant-Appellee, Zachary Louviere, asserts that the general damages award was reasonable and supported by the evidence.
