This matter is currently before the court upon plaintiffs’ motion to remove the compulsory nonsuit which was entered by the trial court on January 25, 1983. The factual background to this matter is as follows: On July 8, 1977, plaintiffs, Melody Andrews and her husband, Steven Andrews, purchased from Ted McWilliams Porsche Audi, Inc.
