This was an action in the name of the chosen freeholders of the county of Camden to recover from the defendant, as administratrix of Elizabeth A. Bigg, deceased, for her board in the county hospital for the insane of Camden county. The deceased was received into- the hospital as a private patient in 1889, and the rate of board was then fixed at $3.50 per week. She died on May 31st, 1900.
