11Jeremy Hicks appeals from the order of the Union County Circuit Court appointing Norman Faith and Wong Duan Faith as guardians of the person and estate of their grandson, Logan Hicks, who was born on May 21, 1998. On appeal, Jeremy contends that the circuit court failed to comply with the statutory requirements for guardianship cases and that it failed to follow the supreme court’s precedent set forth in Devine v. Martens, 371 Ark. 60, 263 S.W.3d 515 (2007). We affirm the circuit court’s decision.
