McAvoy, J.:

On February 3, 1920, Helen C. Bostwick made, executed and delivered to the Farmers’ Loan and Trust Company, as trustee, a deed of trust, by which she gave to the trustee the sum of $5,000, and provided for the privilege from time to time during the continuance of the trust of delivering to the trustee additional property to be held by it under the terms of the trust. She also reserved the right from time to time to withdraw from the trust created by the deed a part or the whole of the property at any time constituting the trust.
