OPINION
GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.
Appellant was convicted of burglary of a habitation. After considering evidence of enhancing convictions and appellant’s conduct in the instant case, the jury assessed punishment at forty years’ confinement. We reverse and remand.
The evidence reflects that appellant entered the habitation of Pier (Bubba) Lee, Jr., in Matagorda County, and stole several items, including two deer rifles, three shotguns, a pistol, a VCR, and some money.
