Plaintiff, Arthur Wolk, Esq. (“Wolk”), filed an action alleging defamation and various other intentional torts against numerous defendants including the law firm Lord Bissel & Brook (“LB & B”) and two of its attorneys, Thomas Strueber, Esq. (“Strueber”) and David Greene, Esq. (“Greene”).
