This is a suit for equitable relief instituted by the complainant on behalf of himself and such other interested persons as may join as an income bondholder and stockholder respecting the defendant Bay State Gas Company of Delaware, and seeks to enjoin the Mercantile Trust Company from selling, hypothecating, or voting upon 15,000 shares of the capital stock of Bay State Gas Company claimed by the complainant to have been since its issuance the property of the defendant Bay State Gas Company of Delaware; also the appointment of a receiver of the property of the defendant…
