MEMORANDUM OPINION

JEFFERY A. DELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The motion before the court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the debtors/respondents, James and Tammy Res-chick, with respect to the Trustee’s objection to the debtors’ claimed exemptions. This matter is a core proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (E) and (O). The Motion for Summary Judgment raises an issue that is relatively straight forward.
