Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jay Gold, J., at hearing; Felice Shea, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered April 3, 1998, convicting defendant of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 15 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
