T1 In this action pursuant to the Oklahoma Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act (the Act), 60 0.98.2001 §§ 831 et seq. Appellants, Stephen and Dana Lester (Buyers), appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of Appellees, Daniel and Patricia Smith (Sellers). We hold the trial court correctly found Buyers were time barred in accordance with the Act from prosecuting their claims and affirm.
