delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an action brought by appellee against appellant and one Thomas C. Young to recover for personal injuries received by appellee as a result of a collision between an automobile operated by appellant and an automobile operated by the said Thomas C. Young. Appellee was riding as a guest in appellant’s car. The action was commenced by appellee against appellant and the said Young as joint tortfeasors.
