HUDSON, Judge.

Robin Davidson (plaintiff) appeals from the “Decision and Order for the Full Commission” (the Order) filed by the North Carolina Industrial Commission (the Commission) on 29 September 1999. We reverse and remand.

The evidence presented to the Commission tended to show the following facts. During the 1984-85 school year, plaintiff was a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (defendant), and a member of the school’s junior varsity cheerleading squad (the JV squad).
