KONENKAMP, Justice.

[¶ 1] On intermediate appeal, defendants contest the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ amended complaint. We affirm.

Facts

[¶ 2] On November 5, 1992, Lester and Maurine Ripple signed two concurrent agreements, a contract for deed and a personal care agreement, both with Roger and Nancy Wold.
