PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUES

This is a divorce action. Plaintiff (Mr. Tesch) filed for divorce. Defendant (Mrs. Tesch) answered and counterclaimed for divorce. The circuit court granted Mrs. Tesch a divorce.
