*527In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kramer, J.), dated May 18, 2007, as granted the motion of the defendant Italian American Civil Rights League, Inc., in effect, pursuant to CPLR 306-b and 3211 (a) (8) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against it, and, in effect, denied their cross motion pursuant to CPLR 306-b to extend the time to serve that defendant with the summons and complaint.
