Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Krogmann, J.), entered August 14, 2008 in Warren County, which, among other things, granted plaintiffs motion for an extension of time to effect service of the summons and complaint.
After allegedly slipping and falling on defendant’s property on January 11, 2005, plaintiff commenced this personal injury action by filing a summons with notice in the Warren County Clerk’s office in August 2007.
