Sylvester Alexander sued Precision Machining, Inc., alleging racial discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and disparate treatment, a racially hostile work environment and retaliatory discharge in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
